Akira “Dawn” Kamiya and the rest of the Digimon 2.5 crew are property of Cherrygirl U.K and used with permission, Digimon and it's related characters are owned by Bandai (I think) and Toei Animation and are used without permission for non profit purposes. Adam, Sam, Mark, Eagamon, Pupmon and Soramon are owned by myself and KaiTT, do not use without permission from at least one of us.

This was supposed to be a oneshot but I think it's turning into something slightly bigger.

Digimon Generations:
Prologue

Dawn Kamiya was in a very bad mood.
During a recent visit to the Digital World her group had gotten into a fight with a very dangerous Digimon, it had momentarily defeated her friends, so Dawn and Agumon had chased after it alone. They had defeated it alone, but it had been a tough battle and although she'd never admit it, the victory had been a very narrow one.
As if things weren't bad enough, somehow her father had gotten wind of it, now both he and her mom were giving her a “stern talking too”
“You do not go off alone, young lady,” Taichi Kamiya scolded, “What were you thinking?”
“But dad, Agumon and I handled it! We're totally fine!” Dawn protested,
“That's not the point Akira,” Dawn knew she was in trouble, her mom only used her full name when she was in serious trouble, “What if there had been more of them? You could have been hurt, or worse!”
“Bu Mom, I'm fine. Agumon and I can handle anything when we're together, right Agumon?”
Before the orange lizard could reply she was bombarded with:
“Don't answer back!” Off both her parents with Tai adding, “Go to you room, you're mother and I need to talk.”
Dawn knew what they needed to talk about, her punishment. She grabbed her Agumon by the tail and dragged him by the tail storming to her room.
“Hey, that hurts!” Agumon wailed but Dawn didn't reply. She wasn't going to take this lying down. Not when she could escape.

“Do you think we were to harsh on her?” Sora asked, Tai gave a guilty shrug and sighed.
“I dunno, maybe...” He replied, “But she can be so stubborn at times, I don't know where she gets it from.”
Sora giggled,
“You don't?” She teased.
“Alright, alright! She takes after her daddy,” Tai admitted, he gave his wife a lopsided grin “I'll go talk to her, see if we can redeem ourselves.”
“You're too soft,”
“You don't normally say tha...”
“Just go, Kamiya!”
Tai knocked on his daughter's bedroom door, no reply. He called out to her, she still didn't say anything. After knocking once more, Tai decided to let himself in.
She was gone, Agumon was gone. Her digivice was gone.
“Oh no,” Tai whispered.

In the Digital World....

“Adam....”
“No!”
“Come on!”
“Not a chance.”
“Pleeeeathe?”
“Eagamon for the last time, forget it!” Adam Baker hissed at his rookie Digimon partner, “There's is no way I'm making you anymore 'Ultra-Spicy-Pepper-Soup”. Sam would kill me!”
“You've become thuch a Dad.”
“I am a Dad.”
“That'th bethidth the point!”
Adam laughed and shook his head as his bird-like digimon partner folded his wings in annoyance. The pair were in the Digital World looking for something for Adam's wife, Samantha. The two were of course Digidestined along with their friend Mark. But like Tai, Sora and their group they had grown up and had families. Adam waited for the day his son and daughter would be called upon. These things ran in families, it seemed.
As Adam walked along the side of a stream, clearly searching for something in it's shallows, he heard a stubborn, grumpy voice that had a familiar tone in it.
“Can you believe them?” The voice said, “Dad would of done the same!”
“Their your parents, they worry about you!” A second voice protested,
“I don't care!”
Adam carried on walking along the stream side towards the voice's owner, where he saw a strangely familiar girl, with a very familiar pout. Beside her sat a Digimon, an Agumon.
“Dawn! There's someone else here!” The Agumon said jumping to his feet and attack on instinct, Adam and Eagamon, barely got out of the way of the attack in time but Adam wasn't mad this girl's digimon had attacked. He smiled at the irony, history runs in circles it seemed.
“Whoa easy, kid!” Said Adam when he saw the determined look on her face, “I'd wave a little white flag but I think I left it in my other jacket? You must be Dawn Kamiya, right? You look like your farther but you've definitely got some of your mother about you too.”
The girl's eyes changed from anger to surprise and back to a pout.
“I don't want to talk about my parents,” She said sitting back down and hugging her legs, “We had a fight.”
Adam had figured as much, but said nothing as he sat down next to her and looked out across the stream to the forest on the other side.
“Agumon and I ran off alone to stop a Digimon, my dad said I should of waited for the others. But we beat it! I don't see what the problem is.”
Jeez, I bet Tai threw a fit when he found out about this, pot calling kettle black of course.
"Dawn, let me tell you a story about how I met your parents..."
:iconcherrygirluk: allowed me to use her character Dawn for a one shot, but I realised it was growing into something bigger and I present to you the prologue of Digimon Generations!

Please Comment and feel free to say if you'd like to read more adventures of Adam, Sam and the U.K Digidestined.

Also if you'd like to be a part of the U.K digidestined send me a note.
